1. Return eligibility
We accept returns within 3 days of delivery if the following conditions are met:

✓ Original packaging, box, and tags intact
✓ Defective or damaged item received
✓ Wrong item delivered
✗ Item has been worn or used
✗ Tags removed or packaging damaged by customer
✗ Return requested after 3 days of delivery
✗ Sale or discounted items (final sale)

3. Refund methods
Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used during purchase:
- bKash / Nagad: Refund sent to your mobile number within 3–5 business days after approval
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund sent via bKash or Nagad — please provide your number when contacting us
4. Exchange policy
We offer free exchanges (same value) within 3 days if:
- You received a defective or wrong item
- The item is in original unused condition
If the replacement item has a higher price, the customer must pay the difference.
5. Non-returnable items
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or purchased during special promotions
- Items with removed tags, used condition, or missing original box
- Customised or engraved watches
6. Damaged or defective items
If your watch arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — no questions asked.
