Refund and Returns Policy

1. Return eligibility

We accept returns within 3 days of delivery if the following conditions are met:

 Product is unused and in original condition

 Original packaging, box, and tags intact

 Defective or damaged item received

 Wrong item delivered

 Item has been worn or used

 Tags removed or packaging damaged by customer

Return requested after 3 days of delivery

 Sale or discounted items (final sale)

2. How to request a return

2. Share your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the product
3. Our team will review and confirm eligibility within 24–48 hours
4. Send the item to our Sylhet address via courier (customer pays return shipping unless item is defective)
5. Once received and inspected, refund or replacement will be processed within 3–5 business days

3. Refund methods

Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used during purchase:

  • bKash / Nagad: Refund sent to your mobile number within 3–5 business days after approval
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund sent via bKash or Nagad — please provide your number when contacting us
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or wrong.

4. Exchange policy

We offer free exchanges (same value) within 3 days if:

  • You received a defective or wrong item
  • The item is in original unused condition

If the replacement item has a higher price, the customer must pay the difference.

5. Non-returnable items

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or purchased during special promotions
  • Items with removed tags, used condition, or missing original box
  • Customised or engraved watches

6. Damaged or defective items

If your watch arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — no questions asked.
